Bill was dispatcher for DATS Trucking the last couple of years I was driving local P&D. He was a nice guy. It seems he worked for another trucking company where I briefly met him but then he came to DATS and was driving for a while but became dispatcher about the early 2000's or so. He was a good man. Sorry to hear of his passing so soon since I'm two years older but life catches up to you.
RIP Bill.
Bill was always friendly and willing to help where ever he could. I live at Sunrise and he always greeted us with a smile and always had some pleasant observation. He will be missed and I'm very sorry for your loss.
