My heart and prays go out to the Hallman Family, and a special prayer to his sister Dawn and her husband John. Though we have not seen or talked to each other in many years, I have thought of you often. Richard grew up to be quite a handsome young man and I was quite touched when I seen that he had pass. Love goes out to all of his family members.

Respectfully yours
