She grew up in the Salt Lake Valley graduating from East High and attending classes at the University of Utah.

Pat was passionate about her family, and as a single mother of seven children, she always put her family first. Pat ran her own daycare and she designed and sold the most elaborate gingerbread houses at Christmas. Through these and other ways, she was always inventive and enterprising in providing for her family.

Later in life, she delighted in the lives of her fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Sharing with them her love for baking, music, science fiction, and above all else, her love for making and crafting porcelain dolls.

Pat’s passion for porcelain dolls extended into every aspect of her life. She enjoyed sharing that passion and spending time making dolls with friends and family. The time she spent with her friends in doll club and at doll conventions will remain a cherished memory for her family; she loved these friends and looked forward to every doll club meeting and annual doll club parties.

She leaves behind by her sister April Louise Turner (Germany) her children Amber (Robert) Arrant, Rick Stoker, Autumn (Michael) Jennings, Kanyon (Ray) Duncombe, Amanda (Kris) Abegglen, David Kunz, and fourteen adored grandchildren and five precious great grandchildren.

Although she has left us way too soon, we know she is rejoicing in being reunited with her son Nathan Stoker, grandson, mother, father, and all those waiting to greet her in heaven. We celebrated her life with close friends shortly after death, and when the world rights itself once again, we will continue to memorialize her life on the beaches and boardwalk in Santa Cruz, CA, which held a special place in her heart.
