She was an extremely positive influence and a beacon of strength in many people’s lives and touched the heart of so many with her kindness, generosity, faith and testimony in the Lord Jesus Christ and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mindee graduated from West High School in 1986 and Married Thomas H. Foster on April 22nd 1988. She gave birth to their daughter Alicia on December 9th 1988. Both Mindee and Alicia were later sealed to Tom in the temple on December 22nd 1993.

Ray & Voneal: My heart is breaking because I cannot be there with you. I loved the picture of Mindee in the pink dress & the beautifful dark curls. This is the way I remember Mindee. I remember spending time with you when she came down for the summer games here in Cedar. It was so fun. We have had such a close relationship all of our lives, & it tears me up that I cant be there for you today. Remember the peace that will come to you & Ray. You are good parents and now Mindee is free of the pain she has been in for so many years. Remember, I love you both.
