Our beloved father passed away on May 05, 2020 in Salt lake city, UT.
He was born Aug 10, 1948 in La Paz, Bolivia to his amazing parents,
Jose Palza Ortiz and Fanny Terraza Lacerna. In his younger years he worked in law enforcement and was a very active athlete. He loved to sing, dance and make everyone laugh with all his amusing jokes. He was a very kind and compassionate person. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Vicente Palza Rivero, Grandmother Julia Ortiz de Palza, his dad Jose Palza Ortiz, mom(s) Fanny Terraza Lacerna and Elsa Palza de Aliaga, his brother Orlando Palza, children Enrique and Ximena Palza, and his uncles Ricardo and Hugo Aliaga.
