Jeannine was born in Ogden, UT on September 13, 1966 to Don and Jean Anderson, and grew up in Clearfield, UT.

She was an active member of The LDS Church, and served a mission to Portland, Oregon. She married John Loveland in the Ogden LDS temple on May 17, 1991. They loved each other as much as two people can.

Jeannine was funny, intelligent, and opinionated; a larger-than-life personality. She loved music and served for many years as choir director in her LDS wards. She also volunteered for several years at Ogden High School as accompanist for the choir. She was mom to not just her own daughters, but countless other students, friends, and kids in the community. Jeannine loved her family deeply. She enjoyed camping, hiking, and visiting our national parks.

Jeannine is survived by her husband, John Loveland; her three daughters, Jacqueline Loveland, Shannon Loveland, and Rachel Loveland; her father, Don Anderson; her mother, Jean Anderson, and her siblings, Jonathan Anderson, Corinne Buchanan, Nathan Anderson and Victoria Brooks. She was preceded in death by her brother Evan Anderson.

I work at McKay-Dee hospital, and this sweet lady was one of my patients. She was one of my favorites instantly, and she holds a special place in my heart. What an incredible woman leaving behind such an incredible legacy. My heart is with her family. She will be so, so missed.

To the family,

I am so sorry for your loss.

The Bible has given me true comfort in times like these. There in Isaiah 33:24 it says that in the very near future “no resident will say, I am sick.” Soon diseases that have taken loved ones from us will be a thing of the past, and we will have the wonderful hope of seeing our loved ones again, under perfect conditions here in the earth. John 5:28,29 says that “all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” What an amazing time that will be!

Condolences.

I was so sorry to hear about Jeannine's passing.

The Lovelands were wonderful "across the street neighbors" and I have many fond memories of residing near Jeannine. After Michael and I had our little girl, I remember Jeannine calling me one afternoon to make sure I was doing okay. It ended up being a long conversation in which she shared many wonderful memories she had of raising her own little girls. It was clear she cherished her daughters and was so proud of them.

I remember her directing the ward choir and how musically talented she was. She was very intelligent and fun to listen to.

A last memory that I won't forget is when I came back to the Foothills Ward to visit a year after Michael passed. She came up to me and had tears in her eyes as she knew how difficult it was for me to be there. I appreciated her sympathy and compassion so much.

I know Jeannine still lives and will watch over her family every day. She is in the Lord's hands and your reunion one day will be glorious.

Much love to the Loveland family!

I always loved taking to Jeannine, she was open, engaging, interesting & always made me laugh. She had us over for dinner once and made the best pork chops I've ever had. My prayers and sincerest condolences to John and their girls.
