Our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend and now, our guardian angel, lost his life in a tragic accident on October 6, 2020. Gilbert Jr was born on January 10, 1978 to Gilbert and Carmen Gutierrez in Taylorsville Utah.

Anyone who knew Gilbert, knew how calm and reserved he was. However, nonetheless, he never hesitated to show his personality through his sense of humor. Gilbert had a big heart. To prove how generous he was, he will continue to live on in others through his donated organs. He was a lover of anything sports related He loved his Denver Broncos, Oakland A’s and had a

passion for Basketball. He was a lover of pickles, the Ultimate Warrior, low riders, video games, his longtime friends and mainly his family. He loved them all deeply and had a special bond with his nephew Gio. He was a member of the Catholic church and was employed at Sportsman Warehouse.

Although another limb has fallen from our family tree, his spirit lives within us all. We will never forget that big crooked smile. We love you Gilbert Jr.

Survived by his parents; sister, Felicia Nicole, brother, Valen, and nephew Giovanni; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins. He is preceded in death by his sister, Consuelo, grandparents; Jesus and ElVera Flores, Adonis and Martina Gutierrez.
