South Jordan, Utah-Darryl Glenn Richardson, our son, brother, husband, father and grandfather quietly left us on Friday, April 11th, after courageously enduring years of debilitating health issues. Darryl was born November 1, 1936, in Tooele, Utah, to June McEntire and Glenn Richardson. He lost his father at an early age and was raised by his mother in Preston, Idaho, where he graduated from high school. Darryl served four years in the United States Navy, fulfilled an LDS mission to Argentina and attended BYU. He married Beverly Goodman in the Oakland Temple in 1974. Darryl is survived by his wife, his mother June Fischer, and his brother Jim Richardson. He leaves behind his six children: David, Jeffrey, Joshua, Ashley, Kimball, Daniel, their spouses and six grandchildren who he adored. Services will be held on Saturday, April 19th at 12:00 in the South Jordan 6th Ward at 9800 So. 2556 West, with visitation for one hour before the service.

To the family,I am so sorry. I know the loss of a loved one leaves you feeling empty, and sad. Please take comfort in the Bible’s promise of a resurrection. John 5:28,29, mentions that soon, “all those in the memorial tombs, will hear his voice and come out.” Darryl will be brought back to life but in perfect conditions, without the health problems and illness. Isaiah 33:24.

Condolences.
